We ship Australia-wide. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, and standard delivery takes a further 2–4 business days on top of that. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and your delivery address, and you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the robot is unopened, unused and in its original packaging with your proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Contact us straight away at info@toys4us.au or 0406946649 and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including your return shipping costs.

Does it need Wi-Fi or an app?
