We currently offer shipping services within Australia. Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options. If you have any concerns about shipping to your location, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and in a timely manner. Our standard shipping method is Australian post, but we may offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events when order volumes may be higher.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location. Generally, our standard shipping takes approximately 2-4 of business days to reach most destinations within Australia. Expedited shipping may provide faster delivery times.

9. Non-Delivery and Undeliverable Packages

In the event of non-delivery due to the customer's incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.

Undeliverable packages may also occur if the recipient is unavailable at the provided address. Our shipping carrier will attempt to make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the package.
